1. Who operates REP.IQ
REP.IQ Pilot is operated by Vital Nutrients Biotech Co., Ltd. (“REP.IQ”, “we”, “us”).

2. Important preview notice
REP.IQ Pilot is an early technical preview. It is not a production health service, medical service, or emergency service.
Please do not enter real medical records, diagnoses, confidential athlete information, wearable-account credentials, or payment information. Preview accounts and data may be reset, changed, or removed while we test and improve the service.
3. Information REP.IQ may handle
Depending on the features you choose to use, REP.IQ may handle:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, and password in protected form.
- Athlete profile and training context, such as sport, goals, race dates, schedule, training history, preferences, restrictions, readiness check-ins, and test results.
- Optional profile details, such as date of birth, sex-for-physiology selection, display preference, or profile image.
- Content you provide, such as coaching questions, messages, booking requests, and notes.
- Basic technical records needed to operate, protect, and improve the preview.
REP.IQ does not process payment-card information in this preview.
4. Wearable connections
A wearable connection may be offered in the future. Before REP.IQ receives any wearable data, we will show what information is requested and ask for your clear permission.
The initial connection is intended to use selected recovery, sleep, training-cycle, and workout summaries only. We will not request body measurements in the initial pilot.
You can choose whether to connect a supported wearable service and may disconnect it when that feature becomes available.
5. Why we use information
We use information only as needed to:
- create and manage your preview account;
- provide the features you choose to use;
- present your athlete profile and training context;
- operate, secure, test, and improve REP.IQ; and
- meet legal obligations where applicable.
REP.IQ does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a qualified clinician.
6. When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information.
We may use trusted hosting and technical service providers to operate REP.IQ. If you choose to connect a wearable service or share information with a coach or specialist, REP.IQ will show the relevant recipient and requested information before you confirm.
We will not share information with a coach, specialist, gym, or other partner unless you choose that sharing through a specific feature.
7. Storage and security
REP.IQ uses reasonable technical and organisational measures for this preview. Passwords are stored in protected form, and future device-connection tokens are designed to be protected on the server.
However, this is a temporary preview service. Data may be lost when the service is restarted, redeployed, or changed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not use this preview for real health, wearable, or confidential information.
8. International processing
REP.IQ may use infrastructure or technical service providers located outside Thailand. Your information may therefore be processed in another country while we operate the service.
9. Retention
Preview data is kept only as long as needed to operate and test the preview. It may be deleted, reset, or replaced during development.
Before a production launch, REP.IQ will publish specific retention periods and a production data-deletion process.
10. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about information connected to your preview account, request correction, withdraw a future wearable connection, or request deletion where technically possible.

11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as REP.IQ changes. We will post the updated version here and update the effective date.
